Tyson Schuetze: I think one of the things you said before that I would be curious just hearing a little bit more of your thoughts on is you mentioned that in selling them the asset, they know that we’re still going to be involved in it through managing it. How does that create a situation in which there may be more responsibility, but it also can be more rewarding for us, the investor and the community?
Jason Weathers: To just be able to continue to be their eyes and ears and trusted partner for continued growth. I think that’s just been a huge impact for that perspective, knowing that they would always have a point of contact in leadership in each market with their account manager or market director, that they always have that dedicated person to lean on and depend on that they can trust.
