Choose from our two property management options:
We do everything from collecting monthly rents, performing move-in & move-out inspections, handling repairs, to providing fully itemized and computerized monthly reports upon request and year-end accounting statements. This is our recommended option, since we have negotiated discounts, a 24 hour call center, and in-house maintenance staff.
If you prefer to handle the day-to-day management of your property, but wish to defer to a professional to advertise the home and secure a quality tenant, this is the program for you.
