Another good week at Auben with lots of instances of our team taking on the theme of engagement. Aisha described it best as an abundance of proactive intra-department conversations.
It’s really cool to see it in action, daily.
As we engage with each other more frequently and consistently one of the biggest things we will encounter are intersecting, differing viewpoints and perspectives.
So for this week, we are sharing a reminder on a life philosophy of kindness not being weakness. It’s a philosophy that has been modeled by many people over the years, most importantly my parents and also working extensively with Carey Brown–who I shouted out last week.
