Many thanks to those who participated in in Aisha’s book club, Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey. Last week’s session was a really, really great one. For those who weren’t there, you missed me (aka Father Time) telling Dee what life was like in the 1960’s and 1970’s And you also missed an amazing discussion on millennial mentality, a conversation that was one of the most informative I have ever had for understanding differing generational perspectives. Book club is about a lot more than the books that we are reading.
For this week’s words, we are going back to a quote that Aisha shared last week.
“If you will live like no one else, later you can live like no one else.”
To me these words can mean a lot of things to different people but I believe Aisha described them best as sacrifice!
