On the heels of COVID, with a never-ending stream of tech/distractions, remote work limbo and a tough economy, company culture has perhaps never been more difficult to create and maintain.
However, it is vital to fulfill our mission. Without a culture of consistent engagement and tough conversations, we become a community of top-down dialogue, leaders talking at their teams instead of with them.
