If you do any one thing long enough and consistently enough, usually great things happen. Since 2009, Auben has been managing SFR for intentional investors. Since day one, it’s what we’ve done.

Over the years, we haven’t always been great every day of every week. However, we have always been committed to getting better–to being a better organization.

Auben started with a foundation of investor-focused property management and has expanded its services to include project management, sales and internal maintenance. Regardless of the economy, market cycle, or debt market, Auben has never wavered in its focus on or belief in SFR. As technology poured into the space in the last decade, we embraced its assistance while also remaining committed to a more deliberate, intentional and ultimately local way of property management.

Today, we are very excited to be able to announce our services will soon be available to many new people in several new markets. Over the next couple of months, Auben will be opening in Charlotte, Greenville/Spartanburg, Atlanta and Charleston. Simultaneously, we will also be reinforcing our existing markets with experienced leaders ready to lead. 15 years in the making, it’s time for our system and structure to shine.
