We have only the highest standards and complete thorough background and security checks on our future residents. The security deposit is typically equal the same amount as the 1st month rent and is held in our Escrow Account. Want to know more about what it takes to become an Auben resident? Absolutely! We are a full service investment brokerage offering sales (investment, commercial and homeowner), project management for your renovation needs as well as property management. We offer direct deposit for quick and painless payment. To get started simply download, complete and return this form to your IAM. Also, we'll email all leases to our clients right after the resident has signed it.
We can start managing a property as soon as it is brought up to our rental standard and a management agreement is signed.
