Early on, we at Auben Realty decided to go the opposite direction of our industry in 2008. Rather than operate at the lowest cost, we decided that quality was “worth it” and that investors were willing to put in the financial backing to ensure the longevity of their investments. Because of that single decision, the homes we manage are well maintained, proactively serviced and promptly repaired.
