Q: Who was your first business mentor?

A: Tom Krol

Q: Who was your first mentor in real estate?

A: Chris Jensen

Q: What is your favorite book?

A: The Bible

Q: What is the best lesson you have learned in real estate?

A: The profit is made on the buy, and not the sell.

Q: How many properties do you own?

A: We currently own two properties, and adding two more this month!

Q: When did you start investing?

A: May 2019

Q: Why do you Invest?

A: I want to work for myself and my family, and not anyone else. My goal is to build up passive income in order to ultimately attain the time and financial freedom I want for my family.

Q: What is the best advice you have received?

A: Approach each day as a blessing from God.

Q: Do you have a favorite podcast?

A: Wholesaling Inc.

Q: Any hobbies?

A: Playing basketball with the kids. Playing a little guitar.

Q: What is the best advice you could give someone else?

A: Investing in real estate is dependent on taking massive action and learning from all the failures along the way.

Q: Is there a place for you where time slows down?

A: In the mountains somewhere, reading a book with the wife.

A: definitely with Red

Q: I was introduced to Auben ______.

A: Summer of 2019. I believe Tyson responded to one of our company’s marketing initiatives.

Q: If you weren’t investing in real estate you would be_______.

A: An electrical engineer, working a stagnant W-2 job.

Q: If you were to start over_______.

A: primarily as a wholesaler in the CSRA, I would aim to go 10-20% lower on the prices of homes I put under contract.
