Q: Who was your first business mentor?  

A: Don Morant and Justin Anderson 

 

Q: Who was your first mentor in real estate?  

A:  Same guys

 

Q: What is your favorite book? 

A:  Take the Stairs by Rory Vaden


Q: What is the best lesson you have learned in real estate? 

A: The more I prepare the luckier I get.


Q: How many properties do you own? 

A: Not enough. 

 

Q: When did you start investing? 

A: In 2008, just after the big crash.

 

Q: Why do you Invest?

A: To secure our future as a family.


Q: What is the best advice you have received?  

A:  First, no matter how successful you are you need to keep your feet on the ground all the time. Second, what is not growing is dying.


Q: Do you have a favorite podcast?  

A:  Rich Dad, Poor Dad


Q: Any hobbies? 

A: Playing soccer, watching movies, and doing small carpentry projects


Q: What is the best advice you could give someone else? 

A:  In tough times ... keep swimming. If you get lemons ... bring the tequila and enjoy it!


Q: Is there a place for you where time slows down?  

A: In Mexico at the ranch swinging on the hammock with a tequila in one hand and a good book in the other.

A: Los Angeles Azules

A: six years ago, I think.


Q: If you weren't investing in real estate you would be_______.

A:  working as an engineer.

 

Q: If you were to start over_______.

A: I will not be afraid, because I know the way that leads where I want to go.
