Prior to moving to South Carolina in 2017, Mike spent fourteen years in residential real estate in Northern Virginia. Specializing in the renovation and sale of bank owned properties, Mike was excited to get back to my “real estate roots” after pursuing other careers. Mike was drawn to the goals the Auben leadership have and how they align with his own professional goals.

With a true sense of honesty, integrity, strong work ethic and the belief that excellent customer service is number one whether it be an investor, resident, vendor or colleague, Mike is heading up the Property Management team in the Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina.
