Michael has experience in both project management, property management and maintenance areas. After spending several years flipping houses and gaining maintenance experience working for Conrex, Michael has joined the Auben team to continue to grow his technical skills and increase his financial knowledge of investment real estate.

He says  he found about Auben through a REIA meeting, and wanted to work with our team because he loves how open we are when it comes to networking and sharing information.

Michael brings drive, a sense of urgency, and professionalism to the maintenance team in Columbia.

Michael says one of the best pieces of advice he ever received was: “Know what you’re getting into before you start.”
