A moment of silence
This week we will be refraining from our usual real estate investment content in honor of Laura Schuetze. We ask that everyone take the time they usually spend perusing our blog post and article recommendations and instead enjoy our pictures from Tuesday’s Do Good Day and peruse the organization resources we have linked below.
- You can learn more about the origin of Do Good Day and how Laura’s legacy continues to bring positivity by reading Tyson’s post from last April, titled “A Little More Humanity.”
- In Columbia, SC, Auben is organizing the “Out of the Darkness Community Walk” on Sunday, Oct. 20th in support of American Foundation for Suicide Preventions’ mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide. While Out of the Darkness occurs in communities nationwide, the local community walk in Columbia directly supports Deaf Hands of Hope, an organization Laura was personally involved with.
- If you are unable to participate in the “Out of the Darkness Walk” in Columbia, you can donate here.
